This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the 1st respondent, the District Registrar, to conduct an 1/4

enquiry based on the petitioner's representations.

2. My attention is drawn to a notice issued by the second respondent, asking the petitioner to appear for an enquiry on 23.06.2023. The learned counsel states that the petitioner appeared and the fifth respondent also appeared.

3.A direction is issued to the second respondent to proceed further consequent to that particular notice dated 16.06.2023 in Na.Ka.No.158/2023 to hear the petitioner and the fifth respondent and pass any order the second respondent seeks to pass in accordance with law. That order can always be questioned by the petitioner in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
