ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 1st respondent to take the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 08.09.2016 on file and to conduct enquiry and to pass appropriate orders on merits after providing sufficient opportunities to the interested parties to the lis within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this court. 2.According to the petitioner, he is said to have filed an appeal before the first respondent, against the order passed by the second respondent on 08.09.2016 and the said appeal is pending with the first respondent. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

4.In the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal, dated 08.09.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
