2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry and to take steps to include other prime accused in the criminal case in Crime No.16 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 27.09.2016, which, according to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court only directs the first respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that contempt will not lie on failure of the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry within the time stipulated.
