ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Driver in the second respondent Transport Corporation. He is having a defective eyesight and therefore, he was provided with an alternative employment as Security Guard. The petitioner has been again referred to the Medical Board. Aggrieved by that the petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from sending him to the Medical Board or Hospitals.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has renewed his driving license recently that he is fit to be a Driver. Only on that account, they are now referring the petitioner to the Medical Board.

3.Since it is reported that the petitioner has renewed his driving license that he is fit to be a Driver, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition. The petitioner shall appear before the Medical Board and establish his disability, if any. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
