2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the appeal is taken up for hearing and it would be concluded within a reasonable time.

3.Considering the rival submissions made and also considering the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioners is pending from the year 2020, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
