Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims to be in possession of 2 acres of land in the petition mentioned Survey Number for more than forty years. He seeks patta for the same.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that for the same piece of land there are as many as six claimants. The second respondent is willing to consider issuance of patta for 85 cents of land. I do not want to go into factual aspects. The petitioner gave an application dated 18.04.2022. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
