KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to stay at Tambaram and report before the Tambaram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11767 of 2021, dated 19.08.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Tambaram Police Station, daily, i.e., at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
