2. Today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has placed an order dated 26.03.2019, passed by the respondent before this Court, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's application was rejected on the ground that the said application is not submitted in a proper form. Cont.P.(MD)No.1056 of 2019 has filed any such application in proper form, the same same shall be considered by the respondent.
