Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioners in CRL MP(MD) No.7400 of 2021 and of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate on behalf of the petitioners in CRL MP(MD) No.7401 of 2021 and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.6850 & 8562 of 2021, dated 19.05.2021 & 07.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.These petitions are ordered accordingly.
