C-60.To modify the conditions imposed by this Honourable Court in Paragraph 9(a) and (b) of the orders passed in Crl.R.C.(MD). No. 748 of 2026 dt. 27.04.2026 and thus render justice.

ORDER

The conditions imposed upon the petitioner in in Paragraph 9(a) and (b) of the orders passed in Crl.R.C.(MD). No. 748 of 2026 dt. 27.04.2026 is modified as follows: (a) The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of the Manolaya, A/C No. 025302000000284, Bank: Indian Overseas Bank, Kottaram Branch, IFSC Code: IOBA0000253;

(b) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) with two sureties for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy.
