Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in nature of writ calling for records relating to the impugned order of suspension in Rc.No.A1/3120/2014 dated 04.07.2014 passed by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty by considering her representation dated 21.09.2016.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in nature of writ calling for records relating to the impugned order of suspension in Rc.No.A1/3120/2014 dated 04.07.2014 passed by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty by considering her representation dated 21.09.2016.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
