Seeking to quash the final report filed by the police before the III Additional District and Sessions Court [PCR], Madurai in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2021, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would contend that Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2021 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court [PCR], Madurai, ended in acquittal on 08.09.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
