COMMON JUDGMENT [Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ appeals have been instituted challenging the writ order, dated 25.11.2024 passed in W.P(MD)Nos.16354, 16355, 16356 and 16357 of 2017 respectively.

2.Perusal of the order shows that the Writ Court has followed the directives issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal (MD)No.1115 of 2017 dated 30.04.2024. Since the issues are no more res integra and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has concluded the same, the present writ appeals deserve no further consideration. Consequently the writ appeals stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
