ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No. 08 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioners are alleged to have committed offences punishable under sections 498(A), 294(b), 323 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and she submits that she had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioners.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.08 of 2024, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri is hereby quashed as against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3.
