Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner property comprised in Survey Nos.293/6 E and 294/1A of an extent of 0.01.0 acres land covered under in plot No 100 and fix the boundary stones on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 27.12.2016 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner property comprised in Survey Nos.293/6 E and 294/1A of an extent of 0.01.0 acres land covered under in plot No 100 and fix the boundary stones on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 27.12.2016 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner, dated 27.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
