ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that there are certain errors in the Field Map, has made a representation before the respondents for rectifying the same and alleging inaction on the part of the officials, has filed this writ petition. 2.When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the representation of 2/4

the petitioner was duly considered and it was rejected by proceedings dated 03.07.2023. A copy of the proceedings was also furnished to the petitioner's Counsel.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
