ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct a fair enquiry against the Sub Registrar, Nilakottai, by giving an opportunity to the petitioner and after completing the enquiry filed a detailed report before the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, as per direction given by the 1st respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1613/Aa1/2025, dated 21.03.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is seen from the records that the respondents have initiated action against the Sub Registrar, Nilakottai. But the petitioner has no right to seek direction to complete the enquiry. Further, the petitioner is not having any right to participate in the enquiry. Therefore, the present prayer is innocuous and the same cannot be considered.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
