ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 417, 420, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.408 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioners deceived the defacto complainant and the other victims that he is into the business of travels and promised them to give higher returns and did not repay the money and also considering the fact that the petitioner has also got two previous cases of similar nature, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 2/3
