Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to survey the lands and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.36/1E3 to an extent of 53 cents situated at Nagamathi Village, Saruguni Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to survey the lands and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.36/1E3 to an extent of 53 cents situated at Nagamathi Village, Saruguni Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this order by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
