*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents that the detenu was arrested in connection with a case in Crime No.592 of 2015, produced before the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai and now remanded to judicial custody.

2. Since the detenu is not in illegal custody, in our considered view, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition is, therefore, closed.
