Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.188 of 2023 from the file of the fourth respondents to some other agency by considering the petitioner complainant dated 23.06.2023, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.188 of 2023 from the file of the fourth respondents to some other agency by considering the petitioner complainant dated 23.06.2023, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is going on in C.S.R.No. 188 of 2023 in a proper manner.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstance of this case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to enquire the parties by issuing summons to the petitioner as well as the counter parties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, further action may be taken either by the respondent police or by the parties, if so aggrieved.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
