The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus restraining the respondents from teaching one day refresher course, till the disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2017, in the light of the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.22039 to 22042 of 2015 dated 22.07.2015 and W.P.(MD) No. 7143 of 2016, dated 26.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, there shall be an order of status quo as on today.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
