*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, on instructions, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that this is the second round of elopement and a case in Crime No.306 of 2018 has been registered under the caption "woman missing".
2. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention of the detenu. Thus, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, the respondent shall continue with the investigation and trace the detenu.
