Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned notification issued by the first respondent in his proceedings during the month of February 2017 is in so far as Serial No.2 is concerned and his consequent order of appointment of the third respondent as noon meal Assistant in Na.Ka.No.R3/968/2016 dated .04.2017 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to call for the candidates list from the petitioner's school management for the post of noon meal assistant in the petitioner's school namely Sri Krishnasamy Middle School, Rajapalayam-626 117, Virudhunagar District.
