This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the complaint has been received, summon has also been issued to the petitioner for enquiry. But, the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry.
3. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for enquiry before the second respondent police. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2022 and to take suitable action and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
