2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioners complaint dated 24.04.2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in CSR No.113/2017 dated 25.04.2017.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court only directs the 2nd respondent enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law, also after hearing the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that contempt will not lie on failure of the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry within the time stipulated.
