ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to secure the petitioner's daughter/detenue namely Pavithra, D/o.Ramaraja, aged about 25 years, and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner's daughter namely, Pavithara, aged 25 years went missing from 08.06.2023, which prompted the petitioner to give a complaint before the respondent police on 09.06.2023. The complaint was registered as Crime No.327/2023 on 09.06.2023 as 'woman missing'. During investigation, the 2nd respondent secured the person of the petitioner's daughter and she had given a statement that owing to misunderstanding with her mother, she had left the house and thereafter, she had realized her mistake and had returned back to her parents.

3. In view of the same, no effective orders can be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
