ORDER

The petitioner claims that his right of tenancy has been confirmed by this Court in WP(MD)No.15873 of 2025. However attempts are made by the land owner to evict him forcibly from his possession. Therefore he has filed a complaint before the respondent police. However, the respondent police have not taken any action. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner is treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.395 of 2025, dated 11.06.2025 and they are conducting preliminary enquiry.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2/4

respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR No.395 of 2025 and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2013) 14 SCR 801.
