This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.240 of 2014.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the respondent police have filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor and the same is yet to be numbered.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to take steps to number the final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
