This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate steps against the respondents 3 to 11 and to give adequate protection to the petitioner's family to participate in the temple festival.

W.P (MD).No. 17108 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.07.2019 after issuing notice to all the rival parties viz., respondents 3 to 11 and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties and pass order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
