ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land. The petitioner's request is in respect of Survey No.333/1A but the impugned memorandum relates to Survey No.331/1A. I, therefore, permit the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the third respondent. The third respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass final order after due enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
