Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Pro.Roc. 4017/A4/2015 dated 27.08.2016, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to allow the Petitioner to continue to work as B.Ed. Assistant (Tamil) in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Chathrapatti, Virudhunagar District by considering my representation dated 01.08.2016 where the Petitioner was working as B.Ed Assistant before her redeployment to Government Higher Secondary School, Ananaikuttam, Thanjavur district on being rendered as surplus without passing any order by taking into consideration of relative seniority of the Petitioner within a specific time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
