Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.04.2014, pertaining to adjudicating the petitioner's review filed under Section 153(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he was terminated from service on 19.08.2011 and he was served with a copy of the order on 27.09.2013. A revision was filed against the same under Section 153(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 before the second respondent. The said revision was returned on 19.03.2014 by the second respondent as belated. As aggrieved by the said return, a representation was given to the first respondent on 02.12.2015. According to the petitioner, no order has been passed till today.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.04.2014, with respect to the petitioner's revision filed under Section 153(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
