ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to accept Form No.1 and its annexure presented on 09.09.2016 and to register the petitioner's society called Madurai Thiraippadam Sarntha Anaithu Pirivinar Abivurthi Nalasangam having its office at No.92 Netaji Road, Indirani Nagar Main Road, Madurai 625 010 within the time limit as fixed by this Court based on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2016. 2.Heard Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner said to have filed necessary application under Form I before the first respondent to register the petitioner's society on 01.10.2016. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
