O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 15.11.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24171 of 2019.

2. To comply with the directions issued by this Court, the respondent attempted to obtain the electoral list from the concerned Waqf. However, due to a dispute among the members of the Waqf, the electoral list was not submitted to the Waqf Board. Hence, the Waqf Board assumed direct management of the Waqf in 2023.
