PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose my petition No.A6/2026/2014 on the file of respondent herein, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Court by considering Petitioner's representation to the respondent dated 29.03.2017.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose my petition No.A6/2026/2014 on the file of respondent herein, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Court by considering Petitioner's representation to the respondent dated 29.03.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.03.2017 by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
