This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct Cricket Tournament Scheduled to be held on 10.08.2019 and 11.08.2019 in Manjuthidal Vayal Ground situated in Manjuthidal Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District.

2. Heard both sides.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Cricket Tournament on 10.08.2019 and 11.08.2019 in Manjuthidal Vayal Ground situated in Manjuthidal Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, the petitioner made a representation on 25.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
