ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A4 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.2 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii) (B), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.2 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner herein and one Chandra Dora have already filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.7606 of 2022 and the same was dismissed by coordinating Bench of this Court on 25.04.2022. Suppressing the above said fact, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has suppressed earlier bail petition filed by him, he is not at all entitled to get bail.
