..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the amount which lying under the contributory pension scheme (2010-2013) in C.P.S.No.7126813 in the name of the petitioner's mother namely late T.Shanthi on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.01.2016.

ORDER

Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the amount lying under the contributory pension scheme (20102013) in C.P.S.No.7126813 in the name of the petitioner's mother namely late T.Shanthi on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.01.2016.

4. The petitioner has knocked the door of this Court within ten days from the date of filing of representation before the respondents.

5. However, considering the relief that has been sought for from the respondents by the petitioner to disburse the amount under the contributory pension scheme, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, at the earliest, in any event not beyond four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
