Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3
This petition has been filed to modify the condition of this Court imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3881 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.K.S.Duraipandian and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
5.
