ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.1924/2020 on the file of respondent police 1/4

within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that within three months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

3. Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

4.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
