ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to direct the sixth respondent to take action on the basis of the representation, dated 18.07.2022. 2/5

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, the petitioner gave a representation, dated 18.07.2022, to the respondents. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the complaint, dated 18.07.2022. 4.In view of the above, the sixth respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 18.07.2022 and take suitable action, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
