ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, who is none other than the wife of the petitioner, the second respondent police is calling the petitioner for enquiry and harassing him. Hence, he has filed the present petition.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner alleging harassment, enquiry is pending and the petitioner without appearing for enquiry, has filed the present petition with the above prayer. 4. Considering the fact that the matter is pending with the second respondent, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with the enquiry. During enquiry, the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
