ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondent to issue a single patta in the petitioner's name to the land in S.No. 597/3A1A for an extent of 1 acre situating at Pudukkulam Village Palayamkottai taluk based on the joint patta No. 1810 issued by respondent by conducting survey, based on her representation to the respondent dated 05.07.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, he is said to have filed an application before the respondent on 05.07.2016 to issue a separate patta excluding the vendor's name in the patta. The above application is pending. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.07.2016 and pass orders, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
