Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2016 and to survey and to fix the boundary line for her property in Survey No. 1166/2A, measuring to an extent of 2.52.50 hectares at Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2016 and to survey and to fix the boundary line for her property in Survey No. 1166/2A, measuring to an extent of 2.52.50 hectares at Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second and third respondents on 26.09.2016 to survey her land and demarcate the boundaries and she has also paid necessary fees for the same. Sofar, no action has been taken by the second respondent. Hence, she has filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

4.Since the petitioner filed necessary application, dated 26.09.2016 along with necessary fee and that is pending, the second and third respondents are directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in Survey No. 1166/2A, measuring to an extent of 2.52.50 hectares at Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
