For R1 : Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan Additional Government Pleader For R2 : Mr.R.Karthikeyan Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to allow petitioners to perform duty in the post of Nutrition Meal Organisers in the respective school in Gopalpatti, Saanarpatti Panachayat Union, Dindigul District, by considering their representation dated 05.05.2017.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, these writ petitions itself are taken up for final disposal.

3.At this stage of the hearing of these Writ Petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if the individual representation of the petitioners, dated 05.05.2017, is directed to be disposed of, by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these Writ Petitions and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the individual representation of the petitioners, dated 05.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioners as well as the other interested persons, if any.

5. These Writ Petitions shall stand disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
