PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 and 5 to forthwith close the existing TASMAC Shops No.7535 and 7540 situated at Kandanoor Puduvayal Main Road and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 5 from in any manner issuing the No Objection Certificate for locating the MANMAHILA MANTHIRAM / FL 2 Recreation Club in the property comprised in S.No.231/3A, 231/4A situated at Palayoor Village, Kandanoor Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has sought for a Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 and 5 to forthwith close the existing TASMAC Shop Nos.7535 and 7540 situated at Kandanoor Puduvayal Main Road and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 5 from in any manner issuing the No Objection Certificate for locating the MANMAHILA MANTHIRAM / FL 2 Recreation Club in the property comprised in S.No.231/3A, 231/4A situated at Palayoor Village, 2/5
Kandanoor Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 within a time frame.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the official respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
