ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondent to survey the land and issue a separate Patta by sub dividing the land to the Petitioner on his application through online vide Citizen Account No. (CAN) 0332903036945 dated 23.09.2016 Application No. 2016/0105/29008733. 2.According to the petitioner, he has filed an application through on-line before the respondent on 23.09.2016 to issue a separate patta. The above application was received by the respondent and acknowledgement was also issued vide Citizen Account No. (CAN) 0332903036945 dated 23.09.2016. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's onapplication dated 23.09.2016 and pass orders, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
