The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes by entertaining with the issues which is subject matter of the cases pending before competent court and further direct the respondents not to perform Katta-Panchayat on the guise of petition enquiry by harassing the petitioner. 2.Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that after the appearance of the petitioner and the complainant Malaisamy, the case was referred to the District Crime Branch, Madurai.
