This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2019 from the third respondent ot the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 11.06.2019, the third respondent conducted an enquiry and during enquiry, the fourth respondent settled the entire amount to the petitioner.
